Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refund/Replacement
- The item must be damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
Important Requirement (Unboxing Video)
- Customers are required to record a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel at the time of delivery
- The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the product inside
- Claims for wrong, damaged, or missing products will only be accepted if a proper unboxing video is provided
