Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund/Replacement

  • The item must be damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

Important Requirement (Unboxing Video)

  • Customers are required to record a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel at the time of delivery
  • The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the product inside
  • Claims for wrong, damaged, or missing products will only be accepted if a proper unboxing video is provided
